The technical support and development team at Deacom, Inc., a specialty producer of simple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for mid-to-large sized lumber dealers and building component manufacturers, has been recognized as a Finalist in The 2010 American Business Awards. The nomination is based on the exceptional support provided to DEACOM users in the handling of development requests and day-to-day issues following the completion of the DEACOM accounting software ERP data conversion and implementation process.
The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit entries - public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. More than 2,700 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. Deacom will be competing in the Products & Product Management categories for Support Department of the Year.
"Our goal is to conduct ‘WOW Support' for every Deacom customer, which involves a step-by-step implementation process, documented business process reengineering, and rapid-response technical support," says Joe Gannon, Support Specialist at Deacom. "Our size gives us the flexibility to address support issues and new development requests quickly for a truly pleasant ERP experience."
Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and specialized final judging committees will select Stevie Award winners from among Finalists in final judging that will continue through May 28. Finalists were chosen by business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. |
